Error Message: SSH: Negotiation failed. The client and the server have no common encryption algorithm.

Action:
When I use SSH Connection Manager to transfer files, I get the following error message.

Error Message:
SshSession(8)[1]:SSH: Negotiation failed. The client and the server have no common encryption algorithm.

Solution:
This error message means that your system is running in FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards) only restricted mode. This means that your machine only permits certain, limited amount of algorithms and these algorithms probably are not supported by the server you are connecting to.

To resolve this issue you have two options:
               - turn off FIPS-only mode in Windows
              - ask the server vendor to include cryptographic algorithms that are necessary for the FIPS mode to work.
