I get the error message Please specify server password even though I don't need a password to connect to the FTP server.

I get the error message "Please specify server password." even though I don't need a password to connect to the FTP server.

The problem probably has to do with your setting for Package Protection Level. Even though the error is different, please see this article for an explanation:
