How do I recover from a COZYROC installation that encountered an error and rolled back?

Scenario:
I tried to install COZYROC SSISPLUS on the server. The installation encountered an error and ROLLED BACK the installation process. When it rolled back, it deleted the files but did not clean the registry.  How do I clean up the corrupt installation?

Error: An error occured during the installation of assembly 'Affirma.ThreeSharp, version="2.0.0", culture="neutral", publicKeyToken="16CF490BB80C34EA", processorArchitecture="MSIL"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070020.

Solution:
In rare cases, customers have encountered an error in installation of COZYROC that resulted in the installation rolling back without the Microsoft installer cleaning up registry keys.

It looks like your installation became corrupted. COZYROC does not have any specific instructions for cleaning up a corrupted installation.  The installation is done using Microsoft Installer.  If we randomly gave you instructions to try and clean up an install where we don't know what caused the corruption, then that is setting us up for being the cause of creating further issues with your machine. You would need to reach out to Microsoft to get support for a faulted installation, or maybe reach out to an internal IT admin for assistance.

While researching this issue, COZYROC found the following information relevant to a faulty installation by the Microsoft installer. The following article says the old "Windows Installer Cleanup Utility" was replaced with "Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter".  This is a Microsoft article presented on August 12, 2019, and may be a good starting point for cleaning up the faulty installation.

The following KB article shows registry keys used by COZYROC Library and may be useful.

In some cases, an antivirus program(Mcafee ) was blocking the uninstalling.  In those cases disabling the antivirus program solved the issue.
