How do I access Google Sheets in a Shared Google Drive?
To access Google Sheets in a Shared Google Drive you have the following two options:
You should enter for "File Path" the Google Drive file's identifier.
You will find the file identifier in the Google Sheets URL. Please look at the screenshot below:
You should copy/paste and enter the file identifier value for FilePath parameter. This can be seen in the screenshot below:
Option 2:
You should enter for "FilePath" the whole file path with "@shared" at the front of the path. The FilePath value should look the following way:
@shared/SharedDriveName/MainFolder/Subfolder1/Subfolder2/File_Name
For example: @shared/Cozyroc/TestFiles/Test_5
In the example above "Cozyroc" is my Shared Google Drive name , "TestFiles" is the name of the folder where the file is located and "Test_5" is the
name of the Google Sheets file I want to access. You can see how it should be configured in the screenshot below:
