Error: "Please Specify Server password"
This error is probably related to your setting of the Package Protection Level for your package. Please see the Microsoft documentation here for information about what the different levels of package protection mean. This Microsoft documentation describes how to set or change the package protection level.
Even if you are not using a password because you are connecting to a regular FTP server, the connection manager considers the password property sensitive information. Keep that in mind when you read the documentation.
