Error Message: System.IO.FileLoadException at Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Channel.InMemoryTransmitter
If you have received this error message, please run from Developer Command Prompt the following command and get the output
gacutil /l Microsoft.Diagnostics.Tracing.
If everything is normal, it should display something like:
The Global Assembly Cache contains the following assemblies:
Microsoft.Diagnostics.Tracing.
