• When Dynamics CRM is setup in IFD (Internet Facing Deployment) authentication mode I get error: "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. (System.Web.Services)".

  You have to make two changes: Enable Anonymous Authentication on MSCRMServices\2007\SPLA on every web front in your CRM farm. In COZYROC Dynamics CRM Connection Manager select deployment type Hosted.
