Error message: Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {..} from the IClass Factory failed due to the following error: 80040111
Action:
I get the following error when I attempt to update the COZYROC SSIS+ license. I am using the Windows Server 2019 Core and am selecting the corresponding License.dat file for the specific SQL version I'm using by clicking on the folder button.
Error Message:
Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {..} from the IClass Factory failed due to the following error: 80040111
Solution:
There is an object that is not included in the Core OS. To fix the issue you need to copy the License.dat file to the c:\program files (x86)\cozyroc\ssis folder.
